Income Restriction
Our floorplans are income restricted.
Eligibility is based on your gross annual household income before taxes. This includes the combined gross annual income of all household members who will be living in the apartment.
To qualify, your total household income (before taxes) must fall within the income limits shown below. Rent prices are adjusted based on the AMI tier you qualify for. If you are outside the income limits, rent will be at market rate.
